We are happy to share with you that the Osstell SmartPeg Reference Guide is now updated. The updates are effective as of March 27th, 2025.
What is NEW?
We would like to inform you about important updates to the Osstell SmartPeg Reference Guide, effective March 27th, 2025. Please note the following changes:
Removals
As a precautionary measure, we have temporarily removed SmartPeg Type 101, 102, 103 and 104 from the SmartPeg Reference list. These SmartPegs are used exclusively with the Nobel Biocare, N1. We have received indications that ISQ measurements performed on N1 Base Abutments exhibit different behavior compared to other ISQ measurements on abutment level. This temporary removal allows us to conduct thorough tests to further reevaluate the ISQ values provided when using these SmartPegs.
